Names of Representatives. The names of employees elected as officers of the bar- gaining unit and local, and the names of others who may represent employees will be certified in writing to the Administration of the City by LELS. Any active employee who is excluded from the bargaining unit by a promotion or otherwise shall not represent any other employee whom he supervises.
