Common use of National Database of the Ministry of Mines and Hydrocarbons Clause in Contracts

National Database of the Ministry of Mines and Hydrocarbons. The Contractor shall transfer to the Ministry one hundred thousand Dollars ($100,000) per Calendar Year during the Exploration Period and shall transfer to the Ministry three hundred thousand Dollars ($300,000) per Calendar Year during the Development and Production Period, and provide other reasonable non-monetary assistance as may be requested by the Ministry from time to time with the implementation and development of the a data base of seismic and well data in the petroleum industry of Equatorial Guinea and in accordance with the Hydrocarbons Law. The above costs will be recoverable as a Petroleum Operations Cost in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
