Common use of National Intelligent Transportation Systems Architecture and Standards Clause in Contracts

National Intelligent Transportation Systems Architecture and Standards. To the extent applicable, the CONTRACTOR agrees to conform to the National Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Architecture and Standards as required by section 5206(e) of TEA-21, 23 U.S.C. section 502 note, and to comply with FTA Notice, "FTA National ITS Architecture Policy on Transit Projects" 66 Fed. Reg. 1455 et seq., January 8, 2001, and other Federal requirements that may be issued. ARTICLE FTA-11. Program Fraud and False or Fraudulent Statements or Related Acts‌

Reg. 1455 et seq., January 8, 2001, and any other Federal requirements that implementing directives FTA may be issuedissue at a later date, except to the extent FTA determines otherwise in writing.
