National Joint Apprentice and Training Committee. The scheme provided by this Agreement shall be supervised by a Joint Apprentice and Training Committee consisting of representatives of the Association and the Unions. The Chairman shall be elected by the members of the Committee from amounts their own number. Complaints and differences arising as a result of the operation of the scheme shall be referred to the Committee and if unresolved thereafter to the National Joint Council whose decision will be binding upon all parties concerned.
