Common use of National Representatives Clause in Contracts

National Representatives. On notice from the Union, the Employer will recognize representatives of the Union’s national office. The Employer shall provide access to Government facilities for representatives of the Union’s national office upon advanced request of the Union. Visitors from the national office will follow the same internal security practices that apply to all visitors.
