NATIONAL SERVICE Clause Samples
The National Service clause outlines the obligations and rights of parties in relation to mandatory national service requirements, such as military or civil service imposed by a government. It typically addresses how employment or contractual relationships are affected if an individual is called to serve, specifying whether their position is held open, if compensation continues, or how benefits are managed during their absence. This clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities and protections in the event of national service, thereby providing clarity and minimizing disputes related to service interruptions.
