Common use of National Terms of Connection Clause in Contracts

National Terms of Connection. 13.1. If we supply you with electricity under this contract, you agree that you accept the National Terms of Connection (NTC) in connection with the supply of electricity to the Property. The NTC is a legal agreement which we are obliged to enter into with you on behalf of your local electricity network operator.
