Common use of NATURE OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

NATURE OF CONTRACT. This contract constitutes a binding expression of the understanding of the parties with respect to the services to be provided hereunder and is the sole contract between the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof. There are no collateral understandings or representations or contracts other than those contained herein.
