Common use of NDNH Data Elements Clause in Contracts

NDNH Data Elements. To accomplish the purposes of this matching program, and in accordance with subsection 453(j)(7)(B) of the Social Security Act, which permits HUD to request NDNH information only to the extent necessary to verify the employment and income of individuals who are participating in the programs specified in section I.B of this agreement, HUD requests the following data elements from the NDNH new hire, quarterly wage, and unemployment insurance files: a. New Hire File b. Quarterly Wage File c. Unemployment Insurance File
