Common use of NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES Clause in Contracts

NEGOTIATING COMMITTEES. The Company agrees that a Negotiating Committee, not to exceed four (4)employees in number, selected by the Union, shall be recognized as the authorized negotiation representatives of the Union. The Union shall supply the Company with names of the employees constituting the Negotiating Committee and shall inform the Company two (2) days prior to the meeting of any changes in the personnel of the said Committee. The Company shall deal with the said Committee with respect to proposals for modification of the Agreement as outlined in Article Accredited of the Local may participate in such negotiations.
