NEGOTIATION PROCEDURE. 29.1 Either party may, within the period of ninety (90) days prior to the expiry of the Collective Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party of its desire to bargain with a view to the renewal of the Collective Agreement. 29.2 Meetings will be held at a time and place fixed by mutual consent. 29.3 Nothing in this Collective Agreement will prevent its subsequent amendment with the written concurrence of the parties.
