Negotiations of Dispute Sample Clauses

The "Negotiations of Dispute" clause establishes a process for the parties to attempt to resolve disagreements through direct discussions before pursuing formal legal action. Typically, this clause requires that if a dispute arises, the parties must first engage in good faith negotiations, often within a specified timeframe, to try to reach a mutually acceptable solution. By mandating negotiation as a first step, the clause aims to encourage amicable resolution, reduce litigation costs, and preserve business relationships by providing an opportunity to settle issues informally.
