Common use of Network Engineering Clause in Contracts

Network Engineering. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED Vendor will provide network engineering expertise to address technical issues that arise during the deployment of the Broadband Backhaul Services and operation of the Vendor Network. Vendor will be responsible for performing network design; planning network expansion; documenting technical procedures; resolving problems escalated by the NOC; addressing architecture, implementation and performance issues; providing cost reduction recommendations; and performing continuous process improvement.
