Network Operations. 4.1 Operation of the Network. Licensee shall be responsible for paying for all items relating to the operation, performance, and maintenance of the Network, including without limitation (a) maintenance of the Sites and the related towers and base station equipment, utility charges for the Sites, cell site dedicated facilities (including without limitation T-1s, DS3s, etc.), (b) the payment of all vehicle lease payments, expenses of operation, and repair, (c) all expenses relating to RF Engineering, (c) all toll interconnection expenses, and (d) all roaming expenses. All such payments shall be made pursuant to SECTION 12.1.
