New Applications and Services Clause Samples

The "New Applications and Services" clause defines how the introduction of additional products, features, or services by one party will be handled under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether such new offerings are automatically included within the scope of the existing contract or if they require separate negotiation and agreement. For example, if a software provider develops a new module or service, this clause clarifies if the customer has access to it and under what terms. Its core function is to manage expectations and avoid disputes regarding the availability and pricing of future innovations, ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations as new offerings are developed.
