New Employee Notification. The City will provide a written statement to each new employee hired into a classification represented by the Association that the employee’s classification is represented by the Association and the name of a representative of the Association. If the Association provides the City with a packet of information to share with such employees upon hire, the City will provide eligible employees with that packet of information.
