Common use of New Features Clause in Contracts

New Features. The Supplier may introduce new features or functionality within the SaaS Service or a Mobile App with corresponding additional fees (“Optional New Features”) by giving the Client written notice of their availability and applicability. Use of any such Optional New Feature by the Client will be optional and subject to payment of the corresponding additional fee as notified by the Supplier to the Client. The Client acknowledges that the Supplier provides no commitment to introduce Optional New Features or any other features or functionality not already included within the SaaS Service or Mobile App as at the Start Date, and the Client agrees that its acceptance of this Agreement, and obligation to pay the Fees, is not contingent on any future features or functionality or any oral or written comments in public promotional material in relation to future features or functionality.
