New registration of Domain Names. The Registrar undertakes, upon request from the Domain Owner, to make a new registration of a Domain Name under the top-level domain .se. The Domain Owner undertakes, upon request from the Registrar, to provide the information and to observe the obligations described in clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions of Registration. The Registrar undertakes to ensure that The Domain Owner is given a possibility to check and approve the required information before the ordering of the Registration Service is complete.
