New Service Connections. Tenant may request new service connections for any Utility Service. Any request for a new service connection shall be accompanied by a description of the required new service including location and expected maximum load and any special required specifications for the service. If the Tenant has prepared any engineering plans and specifications related to the proposed new service, the Tenant shall provide Landlord with a copy of such plans and specifications. After completion of the design for the new service connection, Landlord shall notify the Tenant whether (i) service to the new facility can be provided without an adjustment to the terms and conditions of this Lease, or (ii) service to the new facility will require reimbursement of costs associated with the construction of the new service connection.

The Connecting Transmission Owner shall: • provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring; • perform all terminations; and • supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.
