Service Content. SORACOM Private Network Service contains the following services. Service Name Content VPG Type-E Service A service that sets up a virtual gateway dedicated to the Subscriber. VPG Type-F Service Private network connection service to provide communication: a) between the AWS Transit Gateway designated by the Subscriber and the Access Line; b) between the Amazon VPC designated by the Subscriber and the Access Line; c) between the Amazon Direct Connect designated by the Subscriber and the Access Line; and d) between the Amazon Hardware VPN designated by the Subscriber and the Access Line. SORACOM Gate Service Private network connection service provided for communication within the Access Line and the Access Line between the network of the Subscriber by using the VPG by layer 2 tunneling protocol. SORACOM Junction Service By analyzing packets passing through the VPG, identification of applications and acquisition of statistical information are performed. Also, change the route to send or pass the copy of the packet to the target server.

Service Content. SORACOM Private Network Service contains the following services. Service Content. SORACOM Arc Service is a service whereby the Subscriber can use all SORACOM Services via any communication line without the need to use the SORACOM Air Service. A detailed explanation of the SORACOM Arc Service, as well as full terms and conditions for its use, can be found on the SORACOM Website. Please review these prior to submitting an application. Furthermore, the Subscriber alone shall bear all responsibility for any issues caused by the Subscriber's communication line.

Service Content. The Mobile Application and Services may display, include, or make available third- party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party platforms or services, including through third-party advertising (collectively, “Service Content”). You acknowledge and agree that neither Company nor any Service Provider is responsible for Service Content, including the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Company and Service Providers do not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Service Content.

Service Content. 1.1 Party A entrusts Party B to provide the planning, designing and implementation services for the overall advertising and promotional activities for Party A's brand and products during the Agreement period. 1.2 The overall service content is as follows: (1) Implementing the marketing strategies of Party A and its marketing planning personnel regarding branding and products; (2) Providing suggestions on advertising, graphic designs, copywriting, public relations, marketing and promotions according to the plans recognized by both parties; (3) Providing videos, scripts, DM leaflets and outdoor advertisement painting and installation services for the launch of Party A's brand and products; and (4) Releasing advertisements according to the media and timing recognized by both parties. 1.3 In order to achieve effective communications between both parties and improve work efficiency, Party B is only responsible to Party A, and Party A needs to designate a special person to be responsible for cooperation and contact with Party B; at the same time, Party B shall establish a special working group to ensure the work quality. 1.4 Party A and Party B shall establish work procedures for confirmation, communication and feedback, and proceed in strict accordance with such procedures once established. a. Both parties agree to hold regular meetings when necessary to discuss future advertising programs. Party B shall closely follow Party A's product sales strategies, adjust and revise the advertising programs based on market situations, and complete the advertising work assigned by Party A while guaranteeing quality and quantity of such advertising work. b. All advertising programs can become final only with the written consent of Party A. The advertisement programs can be released only with the consent of Party A. c. Service Content. In view of Party As own intellectual property rights of [Qingmin Service Technology Service Platform] (hereinafter referred to as "Qingmin Service"), it provides all kinds of after-sales services to core enterprises (hereinafter referred to as core enterprises) through the platform. Now Party B applies to live in the above service platform and, independently or in conjunction with other suppliers, provide services to the core enterprises designated by the platform, including vehicle hardware testing, vehicle agent driving services, etc., and shall bear all legal liabilities for all service contents and legal consequences.
