Common use of No Additional Payment Clause in Contracts

No Additional Payment. Except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, the Parties shall have no obligation under the Agreement to pay or reimburse the other Party for any other amounts, including any other costs or expenses incurred by the other Party in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Agreement. This provision shall in no way limit a Party’s ability to collect damages for any breach by the other Party or in any way limit a Party’s indemnification obligations under the Agreement.
