Common use of No Additional Payment Clause in Contracts

No Additional Payment. After the holders of all shares of Series F Preferred Stock shall have been paid in full the amounts to which they are entitled in Section 4(a) above, the holders of shares of Series F Preferred Stock shall not be entitled to any further participation in any distribution of assets of the Corporation and the remaining assets of the Corporation shall be distributed to the holders of the Junior Stock.
