No Alterations. You agree that you will not make any modifications, improvements, revisions or additions to the System or take any other action that could void the Limited Warranty on the System without SolarCity’s prior written consent. If you make any modifications, improvements, revisions or additions to the System, they will become part of the System and shall be SolarCity’s property.
