No Assignments to the Borrower or Affiliates Sample Clauses
The "No Assignments to the Borrower or Affiliates" clause prohibits the transfer of rights or obligations under an agreement to the borrower or any entities closely related to them, such as subsidiaries or parent companies. In practice, this means that if a lender wishes to assign their interest in a loan, they cannot do so to the borrower themselves or to any company that is affiliated with the borrower.
