Common use of No Borrowing Base Deficiency Clause in Contracts

No Borrowing Base Deficiency. A Borrowing Base Deficiency shall not exist after giving effect to the application of funds in accordance with Section 5.02 of the Series 1997-1 Collateral Agreement and the making of such Revolving Advance, continuation or conversion would not result in a Borrowing Base Deficiency.

No Borrowing Base Deficiency. A Borrowing Base Deficiency shall not exist after giving effect to the application of funds in accordance with Section 5.02 of the Series 1997-1 Collateral Agreement and the making of such Revolving Refunding Advance, continuation or conversion would not result in a Borrowing Base Deficiency.

No Borrowing Base Deficiency. A Borrowing Base Deficiency shall not exist after giving effect to the application of funds in accordance with Section 5.02 5.2 of the Series 1997-1 Collateral Agreement and the making of such Revolving Advance, continuation or conversion would not result in a Borrowing Base Deficiency.

No Borrowing Base Deficiency. A Borrowing Base Deficiency shall not exist after giving effect to the application of funds in accordance with Section 5.02 3.01 of the Series 1997-1 Collateral Facility Agreement and the making of such Revolving Advance, continuation Advance or conversion CP Rate Advance would not result in a Borrowing Base Deficiency.
