Common use of No Breach of Existing Customer Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Breach of Existing Customer Agreements. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties confirm that, in interpreting and implementing the provisions of Section 25.18 and this Section 25.19, in no event shall SABINE be obligated to provide services to Customer or take any other action which would cause SABINE to breach its contractual obligations under the Existing Customer Agreements.
