NO CESSATION OF WORK. The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of Employees and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike during the term of this Agreement. Lockout and strike shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act.

F.2 In the event of a strike by workers at an Employee’s worksite, no Employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall be required to perform any duties normally and regularly performed by the workers on strike.
