Common use of NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT Clause in Contracts

NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT. In the event any school in the School District is required under Title I of the NCLBA of 2001 to develop an improvement plan, the parties agree that the BOARD, notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement, may assign employees to and from that school and make reasonable modifications to the duties and/or hours of employees assigned to the school. The BOARD agrees to provide thirty (30)- days written notice before transferring any teacher and agrees to bargain the impact of any teacher affected by the NCLBA.
