Company does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted error-free or free from computer viruses, or harmful components. The Company hereby disclaims all such warranties and conditions with respect to the Service or the CPE. The Company makes no guarantee that the functionality of, features contained in, or services accessed from, performed by, displayed on or linked to from, the Services/ or the CPE will meet the Subscriber’s requirements, or that defects in the Services will be corrected.
