Setup Installation and Relocation Clause Samples

The 'Setup, Installation and Relocation' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for setting up, installing, and potentially moving equipment or systems covered by the agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for performing the installation, the standards or requirements that must be met, and the process for relocating equipment if necessary, such as who bears the costs and how downtime is managed. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding the physical handling of equipment, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring smooth transitions during setup or relocation.
