Common use of No Control Clause in Contracts

No Control. WorkSafeBC may, from time to time, give such instructions as it considers necessary to the Contractor in connection with the provision of the Services. The Contractor shall comply with these instructions, but the Contractor will not be subject to the control of WorkSafeBC with respect to the manner in which such instructions are carried out except in regard to general WorkSafeBC standards, policies and guidelines.
