No Distributions Pending Allowance. If a Claim or any portion of a Claim is Disputed, no payment or distribution shall be made on account of the disputed portion of such Claim (or the entire Claim, if the entire Claim is disputed), unless such Disputed Claim or portion thereof becomes an Allowed Claim.
No Distributions Pending Allowance. If an objection to a Claim or Interest or portion thereof is Filed, no payment or distribution provided under the Plan shall be made on account of such Claim or Interest or portion thereof unless and until such Disputed Claim or Interest becomes an Allowed Claim or Interest, unless otherwise agreed to by the Reorganized Debtors.
