Upon a Beneficiary’s or Other Holder’s recovering the full amount of its Allowed Claim from another source (such Beneficiaries or Other Holders shall be obligated to provide such information to the Wind-Down Trustee from time to time as requested by the Wind-Down Trustee), it thereafter shall no longer have any entitlement to receive distributions under the Plan.
Distributions to each Other Holder that holds a Disputed Claim, to the extent that such Claim ultimately becomes an Allowed Claim, shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Plan governing the Class of Claims to which such Holder of a Claim belongs.
No payment or distribution shall be made to any Other Holder in the event any portion of such Other Holders’ Claim is a Disputed Claim, unless and until such Disputed Claim becomes an Allowed Claim in accordance with the Plan.
Any Claim in respect of such voided check shall be made in writing on or before the later of the first anniversary of the Effective Date or the first anniversary of the date on which the Claim at issue became an Allowed Claim.
