Allowed Claim means a Claim, or any portion thereof,

The term “Allowed Claim” shall not, for purposes of computing distributions under this Plan, include interest on such Claim from and after the Petition Date, except as provided in sections 506(b) or 511 of the Bankruptcy Code or as otherwise expressly set forth in this Plan or a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court.

An Allowed Claim (i) includes a Disputed Claim to the extent such Disputed Claim becomes Allowed after the Effective Date and (ii) shall be net of any valid setoff exercised with respect to such Claim pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and applicable law. Unless otherwise specified herein, in section 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code or by Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court, “Allowed Claim” shall not, for purposes of distributions under the Plan, include interest on such Claim accruing from and after the Petition Date.
