No Exemption Sample Clauses

No Exemption. Nothing in this Deed shall exempt the Collateral Agent from or indemnify it against any liability which would by rule of law or otherwise attach to it in respect of any act of gross negligence or wilful default which it may have committed in relation to its duties and/or discretions under this Deed.
No Exemption. Explorations hereby declares that the Collateral forms no part of any property owned, used or claimed by Explorations as exempted from forced sale under the laws of any state, and disclaims, waives and renounces all and every claim to exemption under any homestead exemption.
