Common use of No Extension Clause in Contracts

No Extension. Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Lessor shall have no obligation to extend or renew this Lease, nor to enter into a new lease with ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and Lessor may lease the Premises to whomever it chooses for the operation in the Premises of a business that is the same as or different from that operated by Lessee in the Premises or for any other reason or use whatsoever. If, during the term of this Lease, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ requests to extend the term of this Lease, Lessor may agree to do so as determined in Lessor’s sole and absolute discretion and subject to such terms and conditions as Lessor may require in Lessor’s sole and absolute discretion, including without limitation, increasing the Annual Rent payable hereunder to a fair market rent.
