No Forced Redundancies. The Employer and Employees recognise the importance of employment security. For the period of this Agreement, there shall be no forced redundancies. Natural attrition, voluntary redundancies and redeployment will be the means of adjustment in those situations where organisational changes determine that a position(s) is no longer required. Every endeavour shall be made by: a) the employer to redeploy employees to a position of equivalent salary and conditions; and b) by the employee to approach the training and duties associated with the redeployed position in good faith.
