No Forced Redundancies. 15.1.1 Natural attrition, voluntary redundancies and redeployment shall be the only means of adjustment in those situations where positions are no longer required by the Council. 15.1.2 Where a position becomes redundant, and the employee has not been offered a position at the same location, at the same classification (or higher) and current skill level, the employee may choose to access either a voluntary separation package outlined in Clause 15.3 below, or accept redeployment to another position as outlined in 15.2 below. The Employee shall also be entitled to apply for any vacant or new positions.
