No Guarantee of Executions. The Client acknowledges the fact that extraordinary events/technical difficulties may prevent or otherwise hinder the execution of the Client’s Instructions and uSMART SG will not guarantee that the Client’s Instructions will be wholly or partially executed or will be executed by a certain time.
