PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE. 2.1 GTJAFX is licensed by the SFC to carry on a business in Type 3 (leveraged foreign exchange trading) regulated activity (CE No. AUZ981). This Client Agreement sets out the terms and conditions applicable to: (i) all FX transactions which are Leveraged FX Transactions, spots, forwards, options, swaps or NDF Transactions (or such other types of FX transactions agreed between the Parties), in each case linked to one or more Currencies, between GTJAFX and the Client (each an "FX Transaction" and together, the "FX Transactions"); and (ii) all Bullion Transactions which are Leveraged Bullion Transactions or cash settled transaction for the spot sale of Bullion (or such other types of Bullion transactions agreed between the Parties) (each a “Bullion Transaction” and together, the “Bullion Transactions”). 2.2 GTJAFX is entering into this Agreement, including each Transaction, as principal and not as agent of any person or entity. 2.3 A Transaction is a transaction agreed between GTJAFX and the Client, in any form, including orally. Upon agreement to a Transaction, the Parties shall be irrevocably and legally bound by the Transaction and GTJAFX will issue a confirmation or daily statement specifying and evidencing the specific terms of the Transaction (the "Confirmation"), and will send such Confirmation to the Client in accordance with Clause 25 (Communication). A failure by GTJAFX to issue a Confirmation shall not prejudice or invalidate the terms of any Transaction. To the extent that any Transactions involve derivative products, GTJAFX shall upon request provide product specifications and any prospectus or offering documents covering such derivative products. 2.4 The Client shall promptly review each Confirmation sent by GTJAFX and, if the Client is of the view that any particular Confirmation does not reflect the Client's understanding of the relevant Transaction, the Client shall notify GTJAFX immediately in writing upon receipt of the Confirmation and in any event no later than one Business Day after the date on which the Client receives the Confirmation. If the Client does not receive a Confirmation within two (2) Business Days after the date on which the Transaction has been entered into, the Client must promptly notify GTJAFX. PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE. ‌ This chapter gives an overview of the services and infrastructures provided by the different schools. Furthermore, we also collect their needs, expectations, perspectives, priorities and preferences regarding the learning system which will be helpful to design the Beaconing platform in an optimal way for usage. The main target group here was school administration. So far 3 internal schools and 16 externals have participated.

PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE. ‌ The previous sections outline the requirements on Beaconing from teachers, schools, industry and parents. This section describes the last part of the requirements analysis- the results from the students’ questionnaire. These preliminary requirements will be updated mid-term in the project, after they have had the possibility to test the Beaconing platform. The questionnaire was developed as described in section 2 and comprises 4 sections. It is similar to the one of the teachers and the parents. Section A covers (7 Questions) administrative information. Section B (4 Questions) is related to learning and STEM subject. Section C covers various aspects of technology and the personal usage. This is relevant in order to make sure that the solution we provide can be used at the students’ personal devices. Section D (11 questions) deals with the students’ relation to games, both learning and entertainment games. In this version of the deliverable, 65 fully completed questionnaires are analysed.

PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE. This document represents the EUDAT Deliverable Document D7. 1.1. The EUDAT project is split into seven work packages, each of which is split into several tasks. This document presents the work performed in the first 12 months of task 7. 1.1.1 of Work Package 7 (WP7) which looks at assessing the scalability of federation across existing archives. In this we look at the key federation layer of the EUDAT CDI to assess its scalability and try to identify limitations of this technology. In Section 1 we present the background to this task based on discussion with user communities within this work package. Based on feedback from these communities we extract the specific set of scalability issues that they believe they will face in the coming three to five years. It is clear that data volumes from these communities are growing rapidly, but the key driver is the additional analysis work that is expected and the need for low latency, high throughput data transfers. There are also drivers to have server side services to perform subsetting or subsampling on large data objects to cut down on network traffic and encourage more efficient use of HPC nodes for analysis. In this section we also look at other projects using or planning to use federation technologies for their own needs. It is clear that science is becoming more international and collaborations are being set up across national boundaries where they did not exist in the past. However, it is not just science that uses federation techniques; commercial vendors like Google and Amazon already use federation to distribute information at geographically distinct sites.

PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE. The purpose of the loan request is to refinance an existing A+C loan that has matured as of 8/1/2019 with a Balloon payment. Borrower also needs to purchase a new truck which will be a Ford F450 Diesel. The current employees have been working long hours to keep up with demand and the new truck will assist with the much needed help. The truck purchase price of $82,976 includes the Dynamic Body kit needed to be able to tow vehicles. Cameras that will be installed have already been purchased by the borrower. A down payment policy exception is being requested. The mitigating factor would be due to borrower paying an additional $33k to pay down exiting loan. Total loan will be $186,476 including the refinance and truck purchase.
