No Implied. Waivers The failure by any Contracting Party to exercise any right (including the right of rescission) or to require performance by the other Contracting Party or to claim a breach of any term of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such or any other rights or remedies available to it. Completion shall not constitute a waiver by the Purchaser or the Vendor (as the case may be) of their rights in relation to any breach of any provision of this Agreement whether or not known to it at the Completion Date.
