Common use of No Intimidation Clause in Contracts

No Intimidation. No employee shall be discharged or discriminated against for any Union activity, or for serving on a Union committee outside of business hours, or for reporting to the Union the violation of any provision of this Agreement. Allegations that an employee was forced to resign as a result of deliberate management conduct shall be considered under the grievance procedure. If the grievance is successful, the employee shall be deemed not to have resigned.
