No Multiplexing Clause Samples

The No Multiplexing clause prohibits a party from combining or aggregating multiple data streams, services, or users through a single connection or account. In practice, this means that each user or service must have its own separate access point and cannot share credentials or network resources to serve multiple endpoints simultaneously. This clause is commonly used in software licensing or telecommunications agreements to prevent unauthorized sharing and to ensure accurate usage tracking. Its core function is to maintain control over access, prevent abuse, and ensure that usage limits and fees are properly enforced.
No Multiplexing. Multiplexing is not permitted under this Agreement. You may not combine transactions from multiple users onto a single session. You may only have as many sessions open at one time as the number of Users authorized by STP for the license under which that STP Product is used.   • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • Provision of Multiple Services If the Sub-Advisor shall have provided both investment advisory services under subparagraph (a) and investment management services under subparagraph (b) of paragraph (1) for the same portion of the investments of the Portfolio for the same period, the fees paid to the Sub-Advisor with respect to such investments shall be calculated exclusively under subparagraph (b) of this paragraph 4.
