No Obligation to Enforce. Subject to clause 9.3, pending the receipt of directions from the Voting Mortgagees as contemplated by clauses 9.3 and 9.4, the Security Trustee shall not be bound to take any action or give any consent or waiver or make any determination under this deed (including, without limiting the generality of the above, to appoint any Receiver, to declare the Charge enforceable or the Secured Moneys immediately due and payable pursuant to clause 8.2 or to take any other proceedings referred to in clause 9. 1).
