Specifically, Lessees acknowledge that ANY open fire on concrete surfaces will discolor and damage the concrete and in such event Lessor will replace the same and in doing so will go to the logical concrete joint or edge of Leased Premises. All work will be done by third parties and charged to the Lessees.
