No Partial Transfers. Except in the case of a Sublease permitted pursuant to Article 18 or a Leasehold Mortgage permitted pursuant to Article 19, in no event shall Lessee be permitted to Transfer less than its entire interest in this Lease or the Leasehold Estate, and Lessor may elect in its sole discretion to deny consent to any such partial Transfer.
