No public statement. The Executive shall not at any time during any period when she is required to cease the performance of her duties under Clause 5.4 or after the Termination Date make any public statement in relation to the Company or any Group Company or any of their officers or employees. The Executive shall not without the Company’s consent after the termination of the Employment represent herself as being employed by or connected with the Company or any Group Company.
