Common use of No Reduction in Pay Clause in Contracts

No Reduction in Pay. No employee shall have his hourly wage reduced who may now be receiving more than the minimum wage called for in this Agreement, nor shall his hours be lengthened unless he is properly compensated therefore in accord with the terms of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, and employees shall not be reclassified to defeat the purpose of this Agreement. No employee shall be asked to make any verbal or written agreement that shall conflict with this Agreement in any way.
