No Required Action. Neither Borrower nor Guarantors have received any written notification that and to the knowledge of Borrower and Guarantors, neither the Borrower, the Guarantors, any Project or the Collateral is subject to any applicable Environmental Law requiring the performance of site assessments or the removal or remediation of Hazardous Materials, or the giving of notice to any governmental agency or the recording or delivery to other Persons of an environmental disclosure document or statement by virtue of the transactions set forth herein and contemplated hereby, or as a condition to the recording of the Security Deeds or any Security Document or to the effectiveness of any other transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
