Common use of No Requirement Clause in Contracts

No Requirement. The Supplier must submit a Project Initiation Document (PID) which clearly sets out the project for the delivery of services at the outset of this call-off. The PID must cover all aspects of the delivery of the Project, including operational delivery, governance and interfaces with other organisations. The PID should include, but not be limited to: • risk management process / risk register • an issue log • a change control register • communication plan • quality plan and log • product descriptions (as appropriate) • exception reports • lessons learned log • equality plan and management
