Common use of No Reversion Clause in Contracts

No Reversion. Except as provided in the Supplemental Agreement, Settling Defendants shall have no rights to reversion in the event that Class members request exclusion or opt out of the Settlement Class, and any Opt-Out Claims shall have no effect on this Settlement Agreement.

No Reversion. 1.
